1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped green onion
Dash salt and pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mayonnaise
1 lb orange roughy

Heat broiler. Mix in enough mayonnaise to make a paste of the ingredients. Place fish on a greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 2-4 inch from heat for 5-8 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining dressing mixture and continue broiling for 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 4
