2 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 medium onion and green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb sharp white Cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp cider vinegar and sugar
1 tsp salt and dried dillweed
1/2 tsp garlic powder and black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, and cheese; mix well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ; mix well. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tomato mixture and toss until well coated. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve. Serves 4-6
