1 lb pasta (penne, ziti, or fusilli), cooked and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1⁄3 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pine nuts, toasted
1/2 Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered
1 cup diced red pepper
1 cup diced zucchini

Dressing
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Combine all of the pasta ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients except the olive oil. Drizzle the oil into the dressing mixture, whisking steadily until it is well-blended and an emulsion forms. Pour the dressing over the pasta ingredients; toss lightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
