1/2 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs skinned and boned chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cups diced celery
2 green onions, diced
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups red and white seedless grapes, halved
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Garnish: Lettuce leaves, tomato wedges, steamed asparagus spears and hard-boiled egg slices

Stir together mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Stir in pecans just before serving. Serve in stemware lined with lettuce leaves and garnish as desired. Serves 4

Roasted Brussels Sprouts W/ Grapes & Pecans

You want to use black or red seedless grapes, not green ones. Cut the stems off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Cut the grapes in half and toss them on a baking sheet w/ the sprouts.
