Wet mix
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Dry mix
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt and baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pans. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar. While beating, add oil and add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and alternately with sour cream and egg mixture until just combined. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
