1 (5 oz) pkg Creme de Brie, (Original or Herb)
1 large flour tortilla (10-12 inch diameter)
4-6 slices roast beef
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach leaves
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Spread brie on three-fourths of tortilla. Layer with roast beef slices and top with mushrooms and spinach and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar on same 3/4 section of tortilla. Roll jelly-roll fashion and slice into 1 inch pinwheels.
