Crust
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling
1/3 cup butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp coffee liqueur
3/4 cup flour and chopped toasted walnuts

Coffee Frosting
1/3 cup butter
2 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp coffee liqueur

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Combine 1/3 cup butter and chocolate in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently. Remove form heat. Let stand until cool.

Beat eggs until thick and pale yellow. Add sugar and coffee liqueur, beating until blended. Stir in the chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over the crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

Make frosting by beating butter until creamy. Add sugar and liqueur gradually, beating constantly until blended. To serve, spread frosting over the brownies. Cover and let stand until frosting hardens. Garnish with chocolate covered coffee bean or chocolate chips
