5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all above. Slice Italian loaf into 10 3/4 inch slices. Marinate in a glass pan overnight refrigerated. Melt 3/4 stick butter in a baking pan. Bake at 425 or 10 minutes. Turn over. Add chopped macadamia nuts to top of each slice and bake for 10 more minutes.
