4 thick slices bread, cubed
4 oz bite size cubed cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla and cinnamon

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Put cubed bread and cream cheese in the dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with fruit or pecans.
