This whipped topping is perfect with fruit desserts, cakes, or ice cream sundaes.
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp bourbon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Grated nutmeg for dusting

Beat heavy cream and granulated sugar to soft peaks. Add bourbon and vanilla extract and beat to stiff peaks. Sprinkle dollops of whipped cream with grated nutmeg when serving. Makes about 2 1/2 cups
