1 large sweet apple, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
1 (12-oz) bag cranberries
1 whole orange, cut into quarters (including rind)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
Pinch salt

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until mixture resembles coarse meal. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 days for flavors to fully develop. Serve. Makes 2 cups
