12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 1-3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
zest of 1 orange
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Combine all ingredients in medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until most of the cranberries have popped. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store, chilled, until ready to serve.
