Cooking spray
1 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced
2 (15.5oz) can Great Northern Beans; drained
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans; drained
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
3 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over med high heat until hot. Add onion and jalapeno pepper, saute 2 mins or until tender. Combine onion mixture, beans and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Spoon bean mixture into a 2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until thick and bubbly. Serves 10
