1 lb boneless sirloin steak, 1 inch
4 crusty rolls, split
1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2 cup thinly sliced spinach leaves
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Remove excess fat. Brush cut side of rolls with prepared dressing. Place cut sides down on medium hot grill; toast until crisp and golden. Turn rolls, sprinkle with cheese and grill 1 to 2 minutes more.

Press dry dressing mix into sides of steak. Grill over medium heat, 16-20 min., turning occasionally. Combine spinach, tomato and basil; divide. Divide spinach mixture among rolls. Carve steak into thin slices, arrange on spinach mixture.
