4 lbs country-style spareribs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 cups favorite bbq sauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup pineapple
Trim and discard excess fat from ribs
Place in a pan and add enough water to barely cover and then add vinegar. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and boil gently for 20 minutes. Drain and arrange the ribs in a baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and brush evenly over ribs. Cover and chill 2-4 hours or overnight if possible, turning several times to marinate in the sauce.
Prepare grill for medium heat and grill 20 to 40 minutes until well done and glaze, Continue to turn and brush the ribs with the sauce. Serves 8
