12 oz can evaporated milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 cu sliced mushrooms
11 oz crabmeat
Grated parmesan cheese
3 cups cook fettuccine

While pasta is cooking, in a large pan, combine first 3 ingredients; heat until smooth and slightly thickened. Add seasonings and mushrooms. Stir in seafood and cook until hated through. Add enough cheese, to taste and toss. Serve immediately.
