6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
4 tbsp ranch dressing
2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp chopped bacon bits and onion
2 tsp finely chopped red or green bell pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish: Chili powder
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Mix remaining ingredients. Mound mixture evenly in cavity of each egg white half. Place on platter, garnish and serve. NOTE: Can be prepared 4 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.
