1 1/2 cups oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 cup dry red wine
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a quart jar. With cover closed, shake vigorously. Marinade steaks in the refrigerator up to 1 hours. Drain and let steaks sit at room temperature about 30 minutes before grilling.
Note: Marinade can be drain from steaks and reused. Can be frozen in the freezer for future use.
