S & A MARINAIDE
for Hawaiian Chicken or Kensington Club Steaks


1 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. sherry cooking wine
3/4 C. sugar
3 C. unsweetened pineapple juice

Blend everything well, and pour over the meat to be marrinated (in a plastic container), covering everything.

Remember to move everything around at least every 12 hours
