2 lb sweet potatoes, cooked, drained and peeled
1/4 cup butter and packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Dash ground cinnamon
1/3 cup light cream or milk
8 marshmallows, divided
Mash potatoes, stir in next 4 ingredients. Add cream, beat until fluffy. Turn into a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows; broil 1-2 minutes until marshmallows brown.
