4 eggs
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup chopped bacon
1 x chopped onion
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 large pie shell

Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the cream, milk, cheese, bacon, onion and parsley. Mix gently to retain the air. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 320 for 35-40 minutes or until the shell is cooked.
