3-4 lbs chicken, cut up
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry or white wine, hoisin and cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
3 clove garlic, minced

Place chicken in a resealable bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. When completely cool, pour over chicken and marinate overnight, turning occasionally. Oil bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan and bake chicken at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting with marinade every 20 minutes.
