1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 can coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
In same large bowl, blend frosting, cream cheese and 2 eggs. Beat on high for 1 minute. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
