1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (16 oz) box confectioners sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp coconut extract and vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, coconut, and butter. Press into the bottom of prepared pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat all remaining ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
