4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
Cooked rice for 4 servings
Sliced green onions
Season chops with garlic. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chops. Add onion and soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until done. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions. Serves 4
