1 cup favorite prepared barbecue sauce and ketcuup
2/3 cup beer
1/4 cup honey or molasses
2 tbsp lemon juice, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 clove garlic, minced
2 onions, finely minced.

Combine ingredients and pour over favorite meat. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

When ready to cook, remove meat from marinade and place marinate in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened. Use to baste meat while cooking and serve on the side.
