8 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp water
2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup feta cheese

While the pasta is cooking, combine the oil, water, basil, garlic, pine nuts, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese in a blender and puree. Toss the pesto with the pasta, tomatoes, and remaining cheese. Top with feta cheese and serve hot. Serves 8-10
