3 1/4 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp mayonnaise
1 1/4 tbsp hot salsa, plus additional for serving
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
6 oz sliced cooked roast beef
4 large lettuce leaves
Toothpicks

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Spread over tortillas. Arrange beef and lettuce over sauce and roll up tortillas and secure with a toothpick. Cut rolls in half and serve with additional salsa.
