2 (14 1/2 oz) can chopped tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup dark vinegar
2 bunches chopped green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients and refrigerate to blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
