1 (7 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
6 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
24 French bread slices, toasted

Combine first 7 ingredients; spoon heaping tablespoon over toasted bread slices.
