3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
3 cups rotini pasta, cooked as directed
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 /2 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
3/4 cup ranch dressing
Salt, pepper and blackening seasoning

Coat chicken with olive oil and blackening seasoning. Blacken in a very hot skillet, or charbroil on grill. Place cooked ingredients in refrigerator to cool. When chilled, toss together with remaining ingredients. Serves 6
