1/4 cup brown sugar and vinegar
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup green pepper strips
1 tbsp oil

In a medium bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Stir in next 3 ingredients; set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken and stir fry, just until tender and chicken turns white. Add liquids mixture; stir until well mixed. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until thickened..
