1 (6 oz) pkg white and wild rice mix
1 cup frozen onion seasoning blend
1 tbsp butter
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup each frozen corn and peas, thawed
Preheat oven to 350. Cook rice mix according to pkg directions. Saute seasoning blend in butter in skillet until tender. Combine all ingredients and bake, uncovered, in a 1 1/2-quart casserole, for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
