1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping until mixed. Spoon into crust and chill for 4-5 hours to set. Keep refrigerated.
Garnish with favorite crumbled cookie crumbs, fruit or pie filling.
