Category: Pies - Fruit
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1cup water

Mix cornstarch and sugar together, then add water. Stir well, and bring to a boil to completely dissolve sugar. (this can be either on the stove or in the microwave). Add one box peach Jell-O. Cool completely, and allow to become syrupy. Add three cups sliced peaches, chill to thicken so peaches and Jell-O do not separate. Pour into a graham cracker crust and chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream. Note: Other types of fruit and Jell-O can be substituted.
