1/3 cup olive oil
1 small onion, chopped fine
6 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 fresh tomatoes, minced
2 cups milk
1 (96 oz) can nacho cheese sauce or 2 (2 lb) blocks cubed Velvetta
1 can small diced green chilies
1 can small diced jalapenos

In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until transparent. Add to onion mixture the garlic, cilantro, tomato, chile and jalapenos. Fry and stir gently for 1 minutes to bring out the flavors. Add nacho cheese sauce or Velvetta. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until ingredients are well mixed. If to thick, add a little bit of milk. Serve in a chaffing dish with favorite chips. This recipe can be frozen.
