2 oz butter, softened
1 oz bleu cheese crumbles
2 (4-6 oz) beef steaks of your choice
2-4 slices thick cut bacon

In small bowl thoroughly mix butter with bleu cheese. Lay 8 inch piece of plastic wrap flat on countertop or work surface. Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Shape into log and twist ends of plastic wrap shut. Refrigerate until firm.

Preheat grill. Season steaks with favorite steak seasoning. Wrap bacon around steak and secure with toothpicks soaked in water to prevent burning. Grill to desired doneness. Unwrap butter and cut in half. Top each steak with half of the butter. Serves 2
