3 1/2 cups corn flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tbsp salt and pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper and garlic powder
1 quart oil for frying
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 lb shrimp, peeled, washed and pat dry

Mix first 5 ingredients until totally blended. In a 2 1/2 quart pot, heat oil. In a bowl, combine shrimp and mustard; mix well. Dredge shrimp through flour mixture until well coated. Shake off excess, drop in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain well and season with salt.
