4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry vermouth
2 tabs lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, drained

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, saute chicken in butter and oil about 4 minutes on each side. Keep warm. Over high heat, stir in broth and vermouth; simmer and reduce liquid by half. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Serves 4
