1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup minced scallion
Mix ingredients and pour over meat or chicken. Marinade meat or chicken at least 2 hours or overnight; or seafood at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Baste with marinade as it is grilled.
