4 rib-eye steaks
Salt and pepper, to taste

Marinade
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger, peeled and minced
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup bourbon
1/2 cup honey
4 tbsp tamari

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Mix marinade ingredients. Place steaks in a recloseable bag and cover with marinade. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.

Prepare coal for medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade; reserve marinade. Cook steaks5 minutes per side.

Place marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve steaks with sauce.
