2 (8-10 oz) filets
Olive oil
Coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 oz pineapple juice
1 cup blush wine
1 cup Italian salad dressing

Rub filets with olive oil and pepper on both sides. Mix together remaining ingredients in a resealable bag and add filets. Marinade overnight, turning occasionally. Cook on hot grill 2 minutes on each side to sear and the move steaks over medium hot coals and grill 5-7 minutes on each side.
