Category: Trifles
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 Angel food cake, baked
1 large instant pudding - choice of flavor - and mix as directed with skim milk
1 large no fat inch cool whip topping
Fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries and fresh peaches work well

Tear the angel food cake into bite size pieces and place on pan bottom. Place plenty of fruit on top of the angel food cake. Spread the pudding on top of the fruit layer. Spread the whipped topping on the top. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Note: This recipe will make 2 (8x8) or 1 (13x9). This recipe can be several layers with multiple fruits but the cake will only be on the first layer.

Note: I mixed 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese and about 1/4 cup confectioners sugar until blended and folded pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixtureto make it a little thicker.
