1 can ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
12 vanilla caramels

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup frosting, crumbs, corn syrup and vanilla extract. Set aside.

On waxed paper, arrange 36 clusters of 3 pecan halves in spoke fasion. Spoon rounded tsp frosting mixture on each cluster. Cut caramesl into thirds and press 1 pie firmly on top of each cluster forcing frosting mixture between nuts.

In a small saucepan, heat remaining frosting just until melted. Spoon a small amount of frosting on each cluster. Chill to set.
