2-3 lbs chicken pieces
1/4 lb butter
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/8 tsp tarragon
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet and brown chicken, browning and removing them to a crock pot. Saute onion and garlic in skillet and transfer to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Cook, on LOW, for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender. Serves 4
