6 bone-in pork chops
3 tsp olive oil
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 cup honey and Dijon mustard

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chops on each side and remove from pan. Place remaining ingredients in the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. Return the chops and simmer for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
