1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 lb mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped pimiento
Parsley

Combine stems, and next 3 ingredients in a skillet; cook until sausage is browned, stirring often. Drain pan drippings. Remove from stove and stir in cheese. Fill caps with mixture. Place in baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Garnish with pimiento and parsley.
