10 mushrooms, stems removed and coarsely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil and minced parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 cup shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

In a skillet, cook stems and onion in oil over medium-low heat, about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes or until wine is absorbed. Remove form heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until filling is hot.
