2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Caesar or Ranch Dressing, divided
4 cups (10 oz) romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut into halves
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 (6-inch) whole wheat tortillas (or pita rounds, cut in half)

Brush both sides of chicken breasts with 2 tbsp dressing. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill chicken 5 inches from heat source 6 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Combine lettuce, chicken, olives, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl; toss with remaining 1/2 cup dressing. Mound mixture in center of tortilla. Roll up.
