1 tbsp sliced green onion
8 oz jumbo lump crabmeat
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

In a small bowl, gently mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serves 4

NOTE: This is good over fish or steak.
